Terms & Condtions

By booking an appointment with Lauren Walder Hair & Extensions, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Appointments & Cancellations

• A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your appointment. This will be deducted from the final service cost.

• We require at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a cancellation fee or forfeiture of your deposit.

• Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule.

2. Hair Extensions & Colour Services

• A patch test is required at least 48 hours before any colour service.

• A consultation is mandatory before booking hair extension services to determine suitability.

3. Refunds & Adjustments

• We do not offer refunds on services, but if you are unhappy with your result, please contact us within 7 days for an adjustment.

• Any adjustments must be within the agreed consultation expectations.

4. Aftercare & Maintenance

• Clients are responsible for following the recommended aftercare to maintain the longevity of their hair extensions and colour.

• We are not liable for damage caused by improper aftercare, use of non-recommended products, or failure to follow maintenance advice.

5. Pricing & Payments

• We accept cash, card payments, and bank transfers.

6. Health & Safety

• We reserve the right to refuse service if a client has a scalp condition, hair damage, or other contraindications that could affect the treatment.

• Clients must disclose any allergies or medical conditions before receiving services.

7. Photography & Social Media

• We may take photos of your hair for social media and promotional purposes. If you prefer not to be featured, please let us know.
