Hair Extension Training with Lauren.

The training takes place at Lauren Walder Hair & Extensions, my professional hair salon in Brighton, offering a welcoming and fully equipped space for hands-on learning and expert guidance.

The salon is easily accessible, with free parking, main bus routes nearby, and a convenient location just off the A23 & A27.

These courses are specifically designed for beginners, providing you with the foundations, techniques, and confidence needed to start your journey in hair extensions. No prior experience is required—just a passion for learning!

Courses typically run from 10 AM to 5 PM. In rare cases, these timings may vary slightly, but you will be notified at least two weeks in advance if any changes occur.

Upon completion of the course, you will receive an accredited certification in Hair Extensions, an industry-recognized qualification that enables you to confidently start your career in hair extensions. Our courses are accredited by ABT.

We are proud to be one of the few Hair Extension training academies that offer ongoing support after your training. We understand that learning a new skill is a journey, and having continued guidance is essential for your confidence and success.

You can reach out to us anytime for support, and you’ll also gain exclusive access to our Graduates Support group, a community group where you can connect with fellow students, ask questions, and continue learning long after your course is complete.

Lauren is committed to delivering five-star training, You will receive detailed feedback on your assessments and the opportunity to make any necessary improvements to ensure you pass. If you need extra support, you may be eligible for a free refresher session within three months of your training, which will take place in one of our group courses. You’ll also continue to receive ongoing guidance through our support groups.

If you require a refresher course after three months, a £150 retraining fee will apply. This must be taken within 12 months of your original training date and will require the use of your original student kit.

Course bookings can be made online. A £200 non-refundable booking fee is required for all Hair Extension courses. It is your responsibility to ensure accurate contact information is provided at the time of booking. Please also remember to check your junk folder for any correspondence.

Full payment for the course must be made at least 21 days prior to the training date. By purchasing the course, you guarantee access to all course materials. Failure to complete payment by the specified deadline will result in late payment fees and may cause you to lose your space on the course.

For courses booked with less than 21 days before the training date, full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your place.

An email containing course details, instructions, and other information will be sent within 5 days of your training date. If you have not received this information before your course, please contact us immediately.
